01The context

The law has changed. So has your responsibility.

The European Accessibility Act applies since 28 June 2025. Online sales, banking services, ticketing, telecoms and many more must now be accessible to people with disabilities. Nearly one in four Europeans is affected.

01

A real legal risk

Depending on the country, non-compliance can mean financial penalties, formal notices and exclusion from public tenders.

02

Customers who leave

An inaccessible site shuts out millions of buyers. That is revenue walking away quietly, without you seeing it.

03

A reputation on the line

Audits and complaints are rising. Better to be ready before being singled out.

The good news: compliance is within reach. You just need to know where to start.

Our 2026 study

94.5%of analysed major French e-commerce brands show detectable accessibility defects.

We ran 102 major brands through our analysis engine. Of the 55 sites that could be analysed, only 3 pass with no critical or serious defect. Figures, most frequent defects and full methodology are published.

Where we stand

The honest alternativeto overlays.

Accessibility widgets promise instant compliance in one line of code. They fix nothing at the source, face growing criticism and expose you to litigation. We do the opposite.

Automatic overlays

  • A layer that hides issues instead of fixing them
  • A false sense of compliance
  • Increasingly criticised, and already penalised
  • Your site's code stays inaccessible

Inclaria

  • We find the real issues, at the source
  • Every fix is explained and prioritised
  • An honest accessibility statement, kept up to date
  • Your team keeps control of the code

05Questions

What people ask us most.

Am I covered by the European Accessibility Act?

If you sell online or offer digital services in Europe, most likely yes. Some microenterprises qualify for exemptions. The free scan already gives you a first clear answer.

Aren't accessibility overlays enough?

No. Automatic overlays are now widely criticised, sometimes penalised, and do not make a site truly compliant. Inclaria pinpoints the real issues so you fix them at the source.

Do I need to be technical to use Inclaria?

No. Every point is explained in plain language, with the reason and the fix. Your team or your provider knows exactly what to do.

Where is my data hosted?

In Europe. We collect the strict minimum and we never resell anything. Privacy is part of the product.

Does the scan change my site?

Never. Inclaria reads your public pages to analyse them. It writes nothing and changes nothing on your side.

How do I contact support?

Write to support@inclaria.com for anything about your account or your audits, and to contact@inclaria.com for everything else. A human replies.

The first step toward compliance is a scan. It is free.
