Why an accessibility statement
The accessibility statement is the public document that presents your site's compliance status, known non-conformities and a contact channel. It is required by several national regulations and expected under the European Accessibility Act. An honest statement, even « partially compliant », always beats no statement at all.
How it works
- Enter your website address, your organization, a contact email and your country.
- Our engine analyses your homepage in a real browser (automatically testable WCAG 2.2 rules) and sets an honest compliance status: « non-compliant » or « partially compliant », never « fully compliant » from an automated test.
- Copy the generated HTML and publish it on an « Accessibility statement » page of your site, or print the document.
Where to publish the statement
On a dedicated page of your site, reachable from the footer of every page (that is the expected practice). Typical address: your-site.com/accessibility-statement.
When to update it
After any notable site change (redesign, new features), after accessibility fixes, and at least once a year. An outdated statement loses its value: date it and keep it current.

Is the generator really free?
Yes. Analysing the homepage and generating the statement are free with no sign-up. Paid plans build the statement across your whole site (up to several thousand pages), with continuous monitoring and a PDF.
Does the generated statement say my site is compliant?
No, and beware of any tool promising that. An automated test only covers part of the criteria: the statement honestly reads « non-compliant » or « partially compliant » depending on the results, with the list of findings. Full compliance can only be attested after a complete audit including manual checks.
What does the generated statement contain?
The compliance status, the evaluation method (EN 301 549, WCAG 2.2 AA, automated analysis), the findings, the date, your accessibility contact and your country's enforcement routes.
Is it a legal document?
