Accessibility statement
Last updated : 12 July 2026.
Inclaria is committed to making its own digital service accessible. This approach is voluntary: it follows the spirit of Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of 11 February 2005 and of Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), without these texts imposing it on our organization. We apply it to ourselves out of consistency with our business. This statement applies to the site https://inclaria.com.
State of compliance
The inclaria.com site is designed according to the WCAG 2.2 level AA standard (EN 301 549, the basis of the French RGAA). It is partially compliant: automated tests (axe-core) find no violation, but a full manual RGAA audit (including non-automatable criteria) remains to be carried out for a full compliance statement.
Test results
The automated checks performed on the public pages with axe-core (WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 rules, levels A and AA) reveal no violation. Contrast, keyboard navigation, HTML semantics and respect for the “reduced motion” preference are checked continuously during our development.
Potentially uncovered content
- The RGAA criteria requiring human evaluation (complete screen-reader journeys, relevance of alternatives) will be the subject of a dedicated manual audit.
- No disproportionate-burden exemption is claimed.
Drafting of this statement
Drawn up on 12 July 2026. Technologies used: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (Next.js). Evaluation tools: axe-core, manual inspection with keyboard and screen reader. Pages tested: home, pricing, questions, scan, legal pages.
